I’m glad you’re here
Life is not always easy. Sometimes, it can get pretty overwhelming. I get it. The fact that you are even reading this tells me you feel the same way. It takes courage to admit that we just might need some help. Maybe you’ve been wrestling with a problem for a while now, trying to handle it on your own, but with limited success. Maybe you’ve shared your struggle with a trusted friend or loved one, only to be disappointed and a little embarrassed that, in spite of the understanding and comfort you might have felt at the time, nothing really shifted. Sometimes a trained mental health professional can help you better understand the problem you are facing, and teach you a variety of strategies and skills to move toward the kind of life you desire.
The past is behind you. Break free of its grip on today. Move into the life you desire.
Whatever the nature of your struggle, wherever you find yourself right now, don’t let it define you or hinder your growth. I provide a confidential, compassionate and supportive space for you to share your concerns, without fear of judgment. We will work together as equal partners in this process. I am not one who “has it all together,” but I believe that together we can find some strategies to help you navigate your challenges more successfully.
Call or email me for a free 20-minute consultation to see whether we might be a good fit, and schedule an appointment. Let’s do this!
The lotus rises from the dark and muddy waters as a tightly wound bud that gently unfurls one petal at a time. Gradually, it opens itself fully and inspires us with its pure and vibrant beauty. For me, the lotus provides a powerful image of the healing and recovery that I see in my clients, and in my own journey, as well. We may find ourselves feeling lost and confused in the muck and mire of our struggles, but we can break through the murky places of our lives (our self-doubt, our addictions, the painful experiences of the past, our troubled relationships and failures). If we are willing to open ourselves up to new possibilities, new ways of thinking and moving through life, we can find new pathways for growth and transformation. We can open ourselves to wholeheartedly own our unique beauty and enrich the lives of those around us.
